How is success measured?
Together we set a handful of lead and lag indicators—typically decision speed, cross-functional project delivery and qualitative pulse-survey trust scores—then review them at each phase gate.

Do you use assessments?
Yes. I blend a short 360 interview protocol with one behavioural instrument (DISC, MBTI or our Growth-Gap Audit) to keep the data objective and actionable.

Can we start with a workshop only?
Absolutely. Many clients test the water with a one-day “alignment lab” before committing to the full sprint.
